In order to have better coordination and interaction with the project offices, Krishna Bhagya Jala Nigam intends to install video conferencing facility between the 4 Zonal Offices and Registered Office at Bangalore. This will involve praise of hardware, software and necessary equipments including. For this the Nigam wishes to avail the services of a consultant. The scope of the consultancy is as follows:-

1. Preparation of a project report with cost estimate.

2. Preparation of request for proposal for appointment of an agency for the work on turnkey basis

3. Helping in selection of final vendor or after inviting techno -commercial bids.

4. Supervision of execution of the work.

5. Approving bills submitted by the vendor for payment.
