The NRBC canal contemplates irrigation to Lingasugur & Deodurga Taluks of Raichur District. The entire length of 95 Kms of main canal including 195 CD works are completed. All the Distributaries No.1 to 18 are completed. Certain balance works of Branch Distributary, Laterals on Distributary No.15, 16 & 18 are in progress. Water is let out in main canal & Distributary 1 to 18.

ALBC LI scheme contemplates irrigation to Muddebihal & Basavana Bagewadi Taluks of Bijapur District. The headwork is completed. Main Canal works from Km. 0.00 to 67.00 completed. Works from Km. 67.00 to 85.00 except Km.72 are in almost completed. Among 43 Distributaries, Distributary No. 1 to 28 are completed and Distributary 29 to 40, the works are nearing completion except Distributary No.29.

ARBC LI scheme contemplates irrigation to Hungund & Bagalkot Taluks of Bagalkot District. The headwork and jackwell structure are completed. The entire length of main canal from Km. 0.00 to 67.00 completed. Distributaries 1 to 24 completed. Water is let out in main canal & Distributary No.1 to 24.

Irrigation Area - 30,850 ha.

Mulwad LI scheme contemplates irrigation to Basavana Bagewadi Taluk of Bijapur District & Jamakhandi Taluk of Bagalkot District. Headworks and lead off canal completed. The entire length of East canal upto 17.4 0 Kms. completed. Out of 6 Distributaries, No. 1 to 5 are completed and work in Distributary No. 6 is nearing completion.

West Canal from Km.0.00 to 78.00 is completed. Among 43 Distributaries, 1 to 29 are completed and Distributary No. 30 to 43 are almost completed. Water is let out under East Canal, West Canal and Distributaries thereunder.

H. RAMPUR LIFT IRRIGATION SCHEME-
Main canal - Length - KM 37.50

Irrigation Area - 20,235 ha.

The Rampur LI Scheme contemplates irrigation to Lingasugur Taluk of Raichur District. First head work at Navali and second head work near Anahosur completed. 14 Km. length of lead off channel is completed. The entire length of East Branch Canal from Km. 0 to 20 and West Distributary from Km. 0 to 26.14 are completed. The distributary network including Field Irrigation Canals under lead off channel are completed. Construction of laterals and Field Irrigation Canals under East Branch Canal and West distributary are almost completed. Water has been let out under lead off canal, East Branch Canal & West Distributary.

Irrigation Area - 41,900 ha.

The Indi LI scheme contemplates irrigation to Shorapur Taluk of Gulbarga District & Sindagi Taluk of Bijapur District. The construction of head regulator and intake canal are completed. The jackwell and pump house are completed. The works of transmission line, erection of 6 pumps and 6 motors completed. Entire main canal work from Km 0.00 to 97.30 completed. Distributary No.1 to 31 are completed except Distributary No.22. Works on Distributary No.32 to 40 are almost completed. For balance works on Distributary No.22 package estimate and Draft Tender Papers are prepared and tenders to be invited. Water has been let out under completed Distributary network.

This LI Scheme contemplates providing of irrigation facilities to Hungund Taluk of Bagalkot district for 26,200 hectare by utilising 5.84 TMC of water. The location of the first jackwell is on the backwater of Narayanapur reservoir, near Marol village. The work for construction of intake channel, jackwell, pumping machinery, raising main, delivery chamber, etc. for first Jackwell awarded on turnkey basis is almost completed. Km. 0 to 8 of West Main Canal work is under progress. The Second head work including construction of jackwell, providing pumping machinery, raising main, etc. awarded on turn key basis, is in progress. The work of 110 KV transmission line is nearing completion.

This LI scheme envisages utilisation of 1.20 TMC of water (0.90 TMC under scheme 'A') from the backwater of Almatti reservoir to provide irrigation to 3,000 hectare of Bilagi taluk of Bagalkot district. The construction of intake channel and jackwell work is in progress. Tenders for main canal work is to be invited, as the tender process (2nd call) was cancelled. Estimates & DTP for electromechanical works & balance work of Jackwell are under finalisation & tenders on turn key basis to be invited. .

This LI scheme takes off from Km 4.92 of ARBC. The scheme contemplates providing irrigation to 20,100 hectare in Hungund taluk of Bagalkot district. The work of construction of intake channel, jackwell, pumping machinery, raising main, delivery chamber etc. awarded on turnkey basis is under progress. The Survey investigation of canal network is under progress. Estimates for Km. 1 to 10 of delivery chamber -2 are under preparation.

This LI schemes envisage utilisation of total 0.233 TMC of water from the backwater of Almatti reservoir to provide irrigation to 1,055 hectare lands of Bilagi taluk. The construction of jackwell intake channel provide pumping machinery etc., awarded on turnkey basis is under progress

These schemes envisage utilization of total 0.51 TMC of water in the backwater of Almatti reservoir to provide irrigation to 2,350 hectare lands of Bilagi Taluk. The construction of jackwell work, providing pumping machinery etc., awarded on turn key basis is rescinded as the firm has not commenced the work & tenders are to be re-invited.

Government has accorded administrative approval to the modified Sonthi Barrage/ LI Scheme at a cost of Rs.188.00 crores. The scheme contemplates providing irrigation for 17,000 ha by utilizing 4 TMC of water. Civil work of barrage as per original scope is completed and the modified scope of civil work is nearing completion. Out of total 37 vertical gates, fabrication of 28 gates are completed and fabrication for remaining gates are in progress. For lifting system the excavation for delivery chamber and jackwell cum pump house almost completed. Fabrication of M.S.Pipe rising main is completed for about 3.10 Km. Out of 3000 Mtr length of intake canal, excavation for 1200 mtr length is completed.

It is envisaged to utilize 4.80 TMC of water by constructing 4 barrages across river Manjra of Godavari basin in Bidar district. Excavation for foundation completed. Laying of rafts and concreting of Piers in progress. As regards providing automatic lifting gate works of 4 barrages, in respect of Manikeshwar Barrage 8 gates are erected. Fabrication of embedded parts and gates of other barrages are in progress.

3) Investors who have not yet surrendered bond certificates in respect of Series II ( DDB), IV, V, VIA & VIB, VIIA & VIIB, VIIIB, VIIIC, IXA, I XB, XA,XB,XC,XD,XIB,XIC,XID & XIIA may surrender their Bond certificates at the earliest to claim refund.
